Thanks to Carlene and her experience, the trustee worked with Carlene and I was able to get a repayment plan that was comfortable to me. It took five years and Carlene was there the whole time. I became very ill and like so many others saw my life spiral out of control financially. I gave up my career and moved to AZ in an attempt to gain some kind of control over the pain and the mess.
