Kamper & Estrada Helping Families Scholarship

Kamper & Estrada, PLLC is among the highest rated law firms and is nationally recognized for providing clients with the highest level of skill and integrity. We specialize in personal injury, bankruptcy, and estate planning. What sets us apart from other top law firms is our personal approach. We take time to get to know our clients. We want to know their greatest concerns, their long and short term goals, and the dreams they have for their children and their lasting legacy.

We believe the basic idea: family is your most important asset. This is why we have created a different type of law firm that treats clients like family. We strive to foster uniquely personal service and a family feel that we feel our clients deserve. Our goal is to provide personal attention and superior legal service at a reasonable cost to our clients.

Even the happiest and most loving and functional families struggle. When someone steps in to help a family in trouble this can be a pivot point where the family starts to get back on their feet. Families often struggle because of financial, health, emotional and/or spiritual problems, to name a few. We want to help a young person who is committed to helping others. We know that education can become a turning point for a person to gain knowledge and access to systems that they did not use to have. We have come up with the Kamper Estrada Helping Families Scholarship, 2021 to help a student who is committed to helping others. We know that investing in education today will help to make the world a better place tomorrow.

Our FAQs

  • The moment you get into a crash with another driver, that motorist’s auto insurance company will start building a case against you—whether you were at fault for the crash or not. Even your own insurance company may try to get you to accept a quick settlement to protect their bottom line. In many cases, especially those involving serious and/or debilitating injuries, the only way to ensure you receive fair and just compensation that will cover all your accident-related expenses is to have an attorney on your side.
  • In the state of Arizona, you must be able to prove four elements of negligence in order to have a wrongful death claim: that the defendant owed the victim a duty of care, the defendant breached this duty, the breach contributed to the wrongful death, and the death caused compensable damages that the surviving family members are now seeking to be compensated for.
  • Whether or not your case goes to trial depends on numerous factors that are unique to each specific case, such as how cooperative the defendant is, how effective your own lawyer is, and so on. However, the vast majority of personal injury claims—roughly 90%—settle before trial. While this means your case likely won’t make it all the way to court, such matters cannot be determined in advance. If you would like to discuss your caser with an experienced trial attorney to learn more, give us a call.
